Miniroos (4-11yrs old)
MiniRoos (Under 5 to Under 11)
MiniRoos is a version of football in which the rules have been modified for children up to the age of nine. Children as young as five participate in weekly games and skills sessions over the winter season to have fun while gaining valuable football experience.
The Under 6 and Under 7 age groups combine some training with games all within an hour time slot each Saturday. Its loads of fun and the kids really enjoy the chance to have a kick each week.
As the children get older, the field sizes and number of players on the field increase and the rules change slightly. This is to introduce them slowly to the laws of football which govern the matches played by the older small sided games and and full field competition teams.
Open Match Times
The junior season commences on 10 April with an information and meet and greet day, games begin on 4 May, finishing in September.
Draws
Draws for MiniRoos Under 6 - Under 9 will be available each week starting the week before round 1

Under 10 and Under 11 draws are available on the Capital Football website . Under 10 and Under 11 age groups are non-competitive, and play small sided games.
